Cluckin' Chicken Ranch

Cluckin' Chicken Ranch is a Colorado Springs based food truck and chicken ranch that specializes in delicious lunch and breakfast options. All of their food is made with ingredients gathered from local producers, with many parts being made in house as well. The menu at the bottom shows their regular menu featuring many of their great lunch options, including a few I will talk cover later. Breakfast is run only as a special currently, but it is made using free range eggs straight from their ranch.

Chicken Rancher

Made with two juicy and savory chicken tenders served with swiss cheese, house pickles and smothered in a delicious home made chicken bacon ranch. The pickles were crisp and tangy, the ranch had a little bit of sweetness that went great with the tender chicken. Every part of the sandwich just complimented each other, making every bite a tasty adventure.

Rowdy Rooster

This is one of their spicy chicken options and it has everything a spice lover is looking for. Made with two more of their tasty tenders and swiss cheese, this sandwich gets a little crazy compared to the tame rancher and mixes both a tangy buffalo sauce with some house ranch to mellow out the chicken while still letting some of the chicken's kick to come through. If I had to describe this sandwich in three words they would be Hot, Fresh, and Crispy.

Overall

Overall this was one of the best chicken sandwiches that I have ever had. While they may cost more than a standard sandwich at a fast food restaurant, both the amazing taste and insane portion sizes will not disappoint. All of the staff was super cheerful and although there might be a little wait it is well worth it for it being freshly prepared.
