La Flor De Jalisco

La Flor De Jalisco is one of my favorite food trucks in the Springs, and it's been serving up some of city's best tacos in the same place for years!

Located off of Union Blvd by the Walmart Neighborhood Market, it is impossible to miss this truck! it is unclear exactly how long La Flor De Jalisco has been operating, but it has been over a decade!

The truck originally started as an extension of a restaurant by the same name, but continued to roll up to the same spot ever day even after the restaurant closed.

The prices are a dollar or two higher than you might find at other taco trucks, but the quality is worth it. One of the biggest problems I have with taco trucks is the food is usually drenched in grease. I have never had this experience eating a taco/burrito/torta/quesadilla from La Flor De Jalisco.

As you can guess, I have tried a lot of the menu at this truck. They offer a surprising variety of meats and different meals to choose from. I like to go simple, my favorite dish is the Al Pastor burrito.
